I’m a dedicated exercise physiologist with a passion for fitness, health and wellness, good food, and dancing.
My passion is dancing. I do several different types of dancing such as: Lindy Hop, West Coast Swing, East Coast Swing, Charleston, Blues, Balboa, Salsa, and Pole Fitness. I’m also interested in circus arts such as lyra, silks, pole tricks, and acro yoga. Ideally, I would work with dancers to help prevent injury, get them stronger, and keep them on the dance floor.
My other work passions include: health education, aquatic therapy, disability services, disability advocacy, sports conditioning, and global health care.
In my spare time, I love to stay active through hiking, biking, and exploring nature. I’m also an avid reader. Cooking and experimenting with recipes are other ways that I express my creativity. I enjoy making healthy, delicious vegetarian and vegan meals. I’m also a self-declared geek and a die-hard Batman fan.
