I work in patient care, so I do a lot of charting, and I travel between a couple of clinics. Between sitting hunched over laptop all day and then hauling said laptop all over town in a very heavy bag I ended up with some pretty bad neck and shoulder pain. Rebekah taught me about muscle triggers and how to release them, thus easing my pain. Between that and the stretches Rebekah showed me, I don’t have nearly the pain that I used to have. Even a year later, I still use those techniques.
